Privacy Policy
Introduction
Your data is absolutely, 100% yours. When you upload anything to Delivered Secure, it is treated as confidential data. Delivered Secure is the only secure file sharing service we know of that can say this because unlike other services, we don't outsource our storage. We take privacy very seriously. We have built a reputation in the banking industry by programming and hosting online banking systems for some of the largest financial institutions in the U.S. We are one of the only file exchange systems available today that was built from the ground up with privacy and security as the number one priority.

- to connect users in your Delivered Secure account with their company administrator(s);

Data Destruction
The Delivered Secure system contains a function called SecureShred™ that automatically deletes messages and attachments at a predefined threshold set by an administrator. This data is permanently removed from the Delivered Secure datastores and is not retrievable once deleted.
While individual messages and attachments are not retrievable at an individual account level, InetSolution does perform disaster recovery backups that allow full system recovery in the event of a system level disaster that impacts server or storage systems.
User & Contact Lists
All user & contact lists, email content and reports remain private and confidential. We will not sell, rent, loan or invite external access to your contact lists. Nor will we use your contact lists for any purpose.
IP Addresses
We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our servers, to administer our web site and in some instances to limit access to certain services. We use tracking information to determine which areas our site users visit based on traffic to those areas. We not track what individual users read, but rather how often each page is visited. This helps us maintain a superior and informative website for you.
Security Technology
We have made a substantial investment in server, database, backup and firewall technologies to protect our information assets. These technologies are deployed as part of sophisticated security architecture. All data resides in a tightly controlled, SSAE 18 audited data center. These investments mean that information about the identity and preferences of individual members is never accessible to third-parties, nor those within InetSolution who are not involved in providing support services for Delivered Secure file exchange. We will maintain safeguards to protect the security of these servers and your personally identifiable information.
Local Data Storage
The Delivered Secure system uses local disk storage for the files and messages you send through the system. This significantly limits the number of humans and machines that have physical and logical access to the data stored inside the system.
Data Retention
We will retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless a longer retention period is required by law, for legal, tax or regulatory reasons, or other lawful purposes.
When we have no ongoing business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information until deletion is possible.
