Delivered Secure maintains an audit trail of all activities that occur related to login activity, message sending and receiving, and user related activity. These logs can be useful for regulatory compliance, forensic analysis, litigation, and even troubleshooting.

While messages and files are automatically purged based on settings that you control, audit log data is stored for at least 12 months.

• What date and time did a recipient first read a message?
• How many times was a file downloaded?
• What were all of the IP addresses from which a file was downloaded?

• When was the last time User X logged in?
• Who are all the people a certain message and file was sent to?
